  • How can I make a reservation for one of the hotels? – For all BSA hotels, you can contact us by phone +359 876 004 960 (WhatsApp & Viber), by e-mail marketing@bsagency.bg or in the contact form on our websites. We will be happy to answer your questions!
  • What time is check-in/check-out at the hotels? – Check-in at all BSA hotels starts after 2:00 p.m., and the check-out of the rooms on the last day is until 12:00 p.m.
  • Is there 24/7 reception? – Yes, the hotel reception is available 24/7.
  • Is there Wi-Fi in the hotels? – Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas.
  • Is there parking at the hotels? – The hotels have their own parking lot with limited number of places and without prior reservation possible. This service is paid additionaly upon check-in.
  • Do you offer baby cots? – Yes, we provide baby cots free of charge. Please, if you wish to use, request in advance.
  • Is it possible to arrange a transfer? – Do you need a transfer to or from the hotel? We can assist you with sending an offer and organizing it. Contact us through the contact form or on WhatsApp+Viber number +359 876 004 960.
  • Can I request additional requests on my booking? – If you have a preference for accommodation on a lower or higher floor, a specific room number or view, please let us know in advance. We cannot guarantee them, but we will do our best to answer them.
